Why Randall’s Home Inspections?
We are a premier home inspection firm with a strong focus on customer service. Our mission is to provide home buyers, sellers, and investors with a comprehensive understanding of the property’s condition, which will allow our clients to make an informed decision.
Randy’s approach is personal, as he loves his job and interacting with clients. As a family man with three children, he understands the importance of making a house feel like home and ensure it’s completely safe and welcoming to raise a family in.
While he inspects your property, you may see Randy using these tools:
Thermal Imaging – This technology can help identify hidden problems such as overheating electrical components, air leaks and plumbing issues.
360-Degree Camera – With this camera, we can obtain a clear picture of the entire inspection area in a single photo!
Moisture Meter – A moisture meter is an instrument designed to detect moisture content in materials and potential problems and issues that occur due to moisture build-up.
