Randy has worked in the carpentry field for over 25 years. He earned his Associates Degree as an Architectural Technician and is a graduate of a five-year carpentry apprenticeship-journeyman certification program. Randy has spent the last 11 years as the owner of a residential remodeling company before deciding to expand his scope of work.
With 25 years of experience in carpentry, Randy has become familiar with all the elements that determine a house’s value. He can accurately assess the stability and safety of your home’s structure and physical systems from the ground up, leveraging his well-rounded expertise and diverse skills.
Randy’s philosophy is based on the idea that learning is a lifelong process, so he continues to work on his skills and get better at his craft. The most important thing to Randy is that you’re delighted with his work.

When he is not inspecting and assessing homes, Randy enjoys spending time with his wife, Heather, three children, Carly, Zach, Emily, and their dog, Luna. As a natural-born handyman, he likes woodworking, hunting, and fishing and is an active member of the charitable organization called The Independent Order of Odd Fellows.
